K.These guys went the extra mile and then some. Our purchase was simple after a long search, but Rebecca Toone was excellent at dotting the i' s and crossing the T s in a very positive friendly way.She and members of her Ray White team made it a good experience. On changeover day, we were presented with a lovely box of goodies. When we collected the key, it was in a lovely yellow box tied with ribbon, and, when we got to our new home, there was a huge yellow ribbon wrapping the front door.
We thought it was finished, but when we went into the kitchen, there on the counter was a yellow envelope containing a card with congratulations and a voucher for food and drink at Hell Pizza for fifty dollars.
Well done Rebecca, Kieran, and the team at Ray White.
We got this treatment, even though they knew it is probably our last real estate purchase, as it is our retirement home.

A.Awesome. As an ex agent myself I demand excellent service. I know what expect, but I can honestly say from start to finish, I was impressed, from the lady at front desk (always cheerful and helpful), Rebecca, Mike's assistant (will go a long way as an agent) and to Adam the manager. Sort of like a tiered cake, it all worked well because they did. If the base is supportive then the rest of the team can aspire to excellence.
Good feedback, astute decisions as the listing became ongoing with multiple offers to just real lovely people making it easier and who found ways to bring about the great sale they procured for us so we could get our dream home.
