Persistently Professional I would thoroughly recommend Trista for selling your home. Trista kept in touch over the many years as we aired to move abroad. She was persistent with an air of professionalism that a lot of agents lack. Very 🙂 vendors Trista was great to work with. She provide us with an accurate estimate of our property, kept us updated on the marketing and interest in the property and despite the market changing significantly by the time the property went on the market she still managed to achieve a very good sale price for us. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him as he has been in the industry a long time. He always conducts himself in a very professional manner and has exceptional people skills. He is honest and trustworthy. I took his advice and decided on an auction campaign and was very pleased it sold under the hammer on auction night. They have a great team there. Even under very sad circumstances of his dad passing away two days before the auction, his work colleagues gathered around him and Paul who had to fly up to Tauranga for the funeral still kept in touch with me. Persistence to get the best result. From our first meeting with Geraldine we felt confident that she was the right person to sell our home. She made the process easy, kept us informed throughout and kept us focused on what was important when preparing the house for market. Even though we made the move overseas part way through, we were comfortable leaving things in her hands. The best Real Estate Agent in Dunedin!! As first home buyers we have been trying to get into the market for a long time, most real estate agents in town blew us off as we were not experienced buyers however, this was our first time dealing with Amelia and she is hands down the best in town!! An Honest Agent Who Listens We originally met Pam informally when she came to give a valuation on our house....we were not really looking to sell then but we were curious. Her approach was very professional and not at all pushy. It was an easy decision to choose her when later, we did actually decide to sell. Pam outlined our selling options and gave her recommendation but left it up to us. The sale was last night and her recommendation was absolutely the right way to go....we are very happy with the result. Great Experience all round!! We have experienced Geraldine as a buyer and a seller. This was very important to us as we live in another city and couldn't have personal conversations. She was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Hope was a tremendous help in organising the upgrade of the property - repainting, new carpet, new light fittings, new curtains, etc. She also organised the photography and staging. Hope was very professional in her approach and explained her sales plan in detail. She gave us a copy of her marketing schedule, showing dates and the event she planned for each date - this made it easy for us to follow the sale process to the end; including the auction via phone. Overall, we don't think we could've had a better real estate agent to sell our house. Sale 44A and 46 Newport St We have known Paul for quite some time, but I started to know him when Peter asked him for his opinion on the deck at home. Paul did not hesitate to help. We thought we were in the pickle as we gave notice to our tenants around the beginning of February and they had 60 days to relocate.
