I was a tenant of Mana property management for the last two years and it gives me great pleasure to share my experience. I've been renting for 13 years and during which time I have always had mostly good and professional experiences. Mana property has by a mile exceeded any of my prior experiences particularly for the quality care and effort they have put into forming a partnership of mutual understanding. Mana property have always been excellent in their responses to my queries and have been very accomodating to any requests Ive had to make. I've had a beautiful stay at this address and partly due to the knowing that I am supported and prioritised as a tenant. I appreciate all of Mana property staff and thank you all for the opportunity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property management team to anyone. Merry Xmas Mana property management.

The team at Mana Management have been a godsend for my investing in Dunedin. They helped me buy, renovate, and manage a block of flats- all completely sight unseen. It has been the easiest, and most lucrative, experience in my investing career. There is no way I could manage the property without the help of the Mana team, they have made it so smooth.

Looking for a new home and going through the whole tenancy process is very stressful, and I found Mana Property Management made it just a little bit easier with their empathetic approach. They were friendly and communicative through the whole process (actually getting back to us!) and they made us feel really welcome at the check in at our property. Mana have been our property manager in Dunedin for over 3 years. We live in Auckland and ever since we started investing in Dunedin we have received excellent service. And since the ownership change a year or so ago, things have got better. We have peace of mind that our tenants and our property are being looked after and that if any problems arise they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, at a reasonable cost and with appropriate consultation with us as landlords. We use property managers in other parts of NZ and overseas and I would rank Mana as one of our best.

Mana Properties went out of their way to find me a bright, modern flat in Dunedin during this time of short supply and high rents. I couldn't be happier with the flat or with Mana Properties' help. They are prompt, very hard working, and truly care about their clients and renters. Having worked in past with two other property management companies in Dunedin, there is no comparison of quality of service between Mana Properties over the 'other guys'.

I have had many interactions with multiple property management groups as a tennant in Dunedin and Mana is by far the best. Very prompt with communication and repairs and actively maintain their properties!

I cant say enough about the wonderful experience I have had since renting a property through Mana Property Management. I would like to make a special mention of their staff and in particular Leanne who has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to assist me. Her attention to detail has been amazing. We now live in Brisbane, Australia. It is a lovely house, but in need of renovation before being advertised for rental. Mana Property Management were contracted to carry out the renovations and find suitable tenants. Having bought and renovated many properties, I knew what was required, but it was impractical to do it myself. We cannot speak highly enough of Mana Property Management. They consulted with us on every aspect of the renovation including detailed quotes and colour choices. Ongoing repairs to the property have also been efficiently carried out, always with quotes and options. Communication is of the highest level. Together with an excellent tenancy rate, they have done a great job. We have not had to visit Dunedin once since 2010 as the property is cared for as if we were there. We would recommend Mana Property Management to anyone. Thanks Tania, Kyle, Matt and the Team.

I've rented for quite a few years, but my current property is the only one that has been managed by a property management company. The staff at Mana have been terrific to deal with. I've had a couple of random maintenance issues that occurred in the last 12 months, and they've always provided quick support, including once incident that happened at about 9:00pm on a Sunday evening. The staff are always helpful and polite when I've had to get in touch with them. There has been a rent increase each year, but that's pretty standard. Overall, i'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a flat.

We have been clients of Mana properties for at least 7 years and would like to let you know how thankful we have been of the service Janis, has provided us, in particular over the past few months. Her positivity and professionalism is to be commended. It is people like Janis that will keep us returning to Mana Property when we eventually re-enter the Property market. We rented a property through Mana Property in Dunedin. As we purchased our own house we had to break the 1 year lease early. Mana property staff were pleasant to deal with and could find a new tenant within a month. Especially Shubham at Mana has been great to deal with. These guys really know their stuff! Over time as tenants we built up such a good relationship with them that we now contact them about property matters with our own investment property. I am writing this to say a "BIG" Thank You to Mana Property Management Ltd for everything that you guys have done for myself and the family. Your service is more than A+++. Right from the start you assisted us at very short notice and the outcome was superb with a fantastic warm , dry insulated rental to live in!! Not to mention the gorgeous Dunedin city views from the Kitchen and Lounge windows!! Tania, Kyle and all the Mana staff have always been very professional, friendly and caring throughout our time we rented from them and it was more than what I every dreamed of. Getting repairs done was never a issue and they were done in a very quick lightening time frame. If anyone needs a home to rent from or is looking to put their rental property with a management firm I would highly recommend this guys - Mana Property Management. I have never struck this outstanding excellent service from any Rental Property Management provider in Dunedin/Otago before! We recently rented our house out through Mana Property and can't thank them enough for all their help and advice. Kyle's industry knowledge is awesome and we really appreciated his honesty. Our expectations from the market were realistic thanks to his consultation, and his advice proved to be totally correct throughout the process. Being our first rental we were a bit lost in the process but these guys made it easy.

I have found Mana Property Management very easy to deal with, we are currently selling our rental property, and our real estate agent has mentioned they are very professional in assisting him with the listing, as some rental agencies may shy away from losing a rental, they have played the game and very assisting. From my dealings with them so far I would highly recommend as a rental agency in Dunedin, and would deal with them in the future.

I have been a landlord with Mana for over 10 years and they look after everything so well I just don't need to worry about anything. They put responsible tenants into my properties and take care in who they rent to, the wear and tear on my rentals is minimal, while at the same time they provide an ongoing improvement programme so I am confident my rentals not only keep pace with the competition but also increase in value

I like the almost INSTANT response when I apply for properties, even within half an hour of sending a message about a property I was interested in, I had an appt within minutes! Agents are always in time and very friendly and professional. I'm sure we will find our long term rental home soon! Keep up the great work!

I have found Mana to be a very professional company to deal with. Nothing is a problem and the staff are courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure the best outcomes. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to both landlords and tenants.

We have been with Mana for over 3 years, we have found them generally professional and courteous to deal with. They have always, so far, responded fairly promptly to fix stuff that needed fixing. On the negative side, the 3 monthly inspections we feel to be somewhat over the top and unrealistic. They always manage to find some flaw - a few weeds, a battery in a smoke alarm that needs replacing, an oven which shows evidence of being used recently, etc etc. We understand the need for inspections, but the perfectionism is somewhat patronising.

Having worked alongside Matthew in the retail industry, it was no surprise to hear of his recent success in his property management career. Matthew always pushes himself to complete his work efficiently so that his customers are able to receive the fast rewards. Congratulations, well deserved award for a young guy and with the apparent team bond Mana Property should go far. Thanks. PIP. :)

For property management in Dunedin I can only recommend Mana Property. I have used their services to assess a number of deals to date and will only look to use them when I make my purchase in the area. Their knowledge and quality I believe are unmatched in the Dunedin rental property market

If you are looking for full service management of your rental - this is definitely the company for you. Hassle free and great to work with. They take care of as much (or as little) as you want. As a remote landlord, I highly recommend them.
