We loved working with Madelon from Ray White in Dunedin. As soon as we viewed the house, which was to become our home, we knew it was the right place for us. We were relocating from the North Island to Dunedin and Madelon which was a big job. She was polite, communicative, understanding and honest which made moving south that much easier. Had a brilliant experience with regards to the sale of my Dunedin property courtesy of Jane Bokser, Ray White Real Estate, Dunedin. Grant McLean was an absolute super star for us! He managed to keep us incredibly well informed and feeling completely at ease throughout the entire process of selling our house while overseas and during Covid-19 lockdowns! Grant went above and beyond our expectations, communicating with our tennant even organising repairs and a skip for cleaning up the property! He “translated” lawyer jargon into clear easily understandable information. He earned our complete trust and we have no hesitation in highly recommending him and his team for any property sale! We would 100% use Grants services again and will be recommending him and Ray White Dunedin to everyone!

Rental property review: I like to thank Amanda for her amazing service. We were nearly homeless, but she had arranged everything for us in such a short period of time. Very easy to contact and her amazing follow up on the day we move in. Highly recommended to all landlords and tenants. The houses Raywhite listed are in well look after conditions, not like some other companies. 👍👍👍
