Highly recommend QRM for management, they have been very professional and communication is excellent!!! What more can I say - great company. The inspection reports and clear with plenty of information and photos. The tradesmen they use have proven to be efficient and very affordable. Great company.

QRM managed our rental for a year. We are no longer landlords so no longer use their services but would recommend. Prompt and clear communication. Felt the property was in good hands.

I've recently sold a rental property that has been in QRM's care for nearly 12 years. It's sad to see a long relationship come to an end, as the QRM have provided such good service. I had a great experience as a tenant with QRM. Great service and communication from Amanda C. Any issues were sorted promptly and any updates were always well communicated including the introduction of the new bins and any legislation changes. Amanda was proactive in responding to Covid-19 and got in contact to ensure everything was OK.

David Lomas came recommended by a friend and he didn't disappoint. Being new to the business and having new criteria to meet we put our trust in Dave to find us tenants that would appreciate our new build. We now have three lovely ladies who have thanked us for the experience and are looking forward to having a home they can enjoy.

The services were much better than I expected. I signed a one year contract and I exit after 8 months. The Team especially Ms. Adele were very helpful and supportive. She managed to find another tenant very quickly so I saved big amount of rent thanks to her. Just after 2 weeks, they processed bond refund very easy and quickly. I was very happy with their services, very efficient very professional.

Dave has done it again, QRM have been managing my rental properties for almost 10 years now and even after all this time I only have great things thing to say about the service and quality I continue to receive. This is my second year renting through QRM under (Dave Lomas) and am extremely happy with the service I have received, my property manager is always respectful, easy approachable and always willing to help. I have rented for years now and never found a company that care and respect there tenants as much as qrm do, also they give presents each Christmas which is a bonus. I am so happy my new property is with same property manager 😁 .Highly recommend qrm.

Have had my properties managed by QRM (Steven is my current PM) for many years now and found them to be professional and much better than the other "big player" rental agency in Hamilton. Good communication and good handling of problems as they arise - keep up the good work!

As a tenant my personal experience with QRM is extraordinary. They are personable focused on looking after the clients property and are awesome towards us as tenants. Georgina is my property manager though I interacted with many. I would strongly recommend QRM because they do an awesome job and don't get in your space.

I have to commend Derrick, Robyn and their team for the outstanding job they have done in managing my property. My previous property manager left me in a total mess and put in tenants into my property that were less than desirable. QRM picked up the pieces and helped us through a truly stressful situation. They were recommended by my friends and cousins whose properties are managed by QRM. I thus moved to them and it was the best move I ever made. They communicate regularly and are prompt in returning my calls and in addressing all issues related to my property in a timely and efficient manner. I would truly recommend them to anybody who wants a stress free property management experience.

We have been tenants through QRM for going on 4 years. Natasha has been an amazing Property Manager. She always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is running smoothly and that both ourselves and our landlords are happy. Natasha is prompt and efficient and we couldn't be happier with service we have received.

As a previous tenant of QRM I can say Sara is a fantastic landlady. She was polite, friendly, and we were always able to get in touch with regarding any issues with the property. From the tenants side, I can definitely recommend Sara as a property manager. Not only did Sara set up a great rapport with us but she made sure we looked after the place!

The management have always been outstanding in providing a response to me that is market appropriate and knowledgeable given the trends occurring at this time. QRM have looked after us well over the years. Steven’s one of the best managers we’ve ever dealt with, with any company - fast, professional, always keeps tenants in the loop if we have work coming up, etc. Would highly recommend.

I have used QRM to manage my property for the past 2 years. The tenant has just moved out after 2 years and was lets say a hand full to deal with. However property manager Cherie Broomhall from QRM was assertive yet professional to ensure the tenant had payed the rent due when the payments were not up to date. Cherie made sure the property was ready to rent again when the tenant left the property in an unsatisfactory condition. This involved communicating with the tenancy tribunal to claim against the bond and organise cleaning and maintenance required. Cherie advertised the property to rent and received a high number of applicates that came to the viewings. The property was only unoccupied for one week before Cherie found new suitable tenants. I felt reassured Cherie was looking after the property with her knowledge on rental management. Thanks Cherie.

Reading the reviews on this site, i am certain that the negative feed back people are either key board warriors or just simply dissatisfied with life in general. I have experienced many property management companies as a tenant and landlord, and can 100 percent confirm that overall QRM are very professional, caring and strive to deliver excellent service. The negative feedback is not a true reflection of this company, and sadly social media like these forums and forums on hotels / motels gives unreasonable people an opportunity to type exaggerated rubbish and feel good about them selves. I recommend QRM with no hesitation at all. And my advice to key board warriors, if you have an issue, phone the owners of these companies you exaggerate about, as im sure if your concern is reasonable, they will accommodate you. Keep it up QRM, I certainly like many people are very happy with your service,

Amazing devotion and friendly service I'd recommend QRM to anyone who wants knowledgeable and reliable information. Very down to earth and in the know about many housing aspects. They deserve 5 stars for all the support they have given and words of wisdom.

I got a rental property at bader st , Bader of Hamilton which I sold recently. It gave me headache when I engaged a couple of real estate companies or managed it by myself from 2005. In 2010, I switched over to Quality Rental Management from another real estate company. From selecting new tenant, managing/chasing the rent and maintaining the property, they did a very professional job while charging a reasonable management fee. I highly recommend Quality Rental Management to property investors who have rental properties in Hamilton.

I would recommend QRM to any property investor in Hamilton. Derrick and Robyn have a wealth of knowledge and experience about property, and understand what it means to be a landlord. They have been very helpful increasing the rent and doing simple improvements to maximise the property value and rent.

Dave lomas was our landlord agent and he was amazing. If we ever needed anything he would get straight onto it and when it came to moving out due to having to move closer to family he went above and beyond to make sure it was as stress free. I would highly recommend qrm to friends and family

I think the staff at QRM do a great job. Goregina looks after the property my family and I live in and she is totally awesome i hope i spelt her name right.. I have nothing bad to say about her or the QRM company. Goregina always notify s me 2 weeks in advance when Inspections are going to be done, Goregina communicates very well with me also. I'm looking for a new start in life, single mum with a little three year old. Be great to get a home from this rental company if they except my application. I'm looking for three bedroom close to the city possible. I'm currently renting of raywhite and I thank them for what they have done this far.. Being a single mum I just have enough to provide for me and my baby. I'm currently applying for a job at a retirement home in the area which will start of a new life for me an my baby. I hope they give me this home..

We rented our home out to Quality Rental Management. This was the best decision we ever made. They communicated with us constantly which made us feel at ease. But also handled everything so we didn't have to. This was our first rental property and they walked us through to whole process and provided us the right advice to make renting the property as smooth and easy going as it could be. What's more is they kept the maintanence up on the property so when we were ready to sell there was nothing we needed to do. THANKYOU QRM

I got Jason McDowell to talk to a friend of mine who wanted a rental agent, these are his words "Jason was friendly and very capable, turned up when he said he would, gave a very accurate estimate of the rental value of our house and talked about who would be most likely attracted to the rental property as it was a high end property. He gave really good advice about minor work which would improve the property for rental and his fees were very good with nothing hidden and no long term contract"

Out of town Landlord and found their communication awesome. No vacancies and no rent arrears. Maintenance work was carried out as required and no surprise bills. They delivered all they promised. Highly recommend.
