W.The Hamilton team have been outstanding!!!!! Since the day I started my tenancy and until current. My first initial contact with them was from when I was relocating from a different town so meeting them was tricky mid covid. The went went over and above to try help meeting me when others wouldn’t even give me the time of day,
Right from day 1 Emma was incredible Friendly helpful and very approachable to Katie and Jamie who come visit me for property inspections, they are always on the ball with any small problems I may have with the property to Mark who is amazing while trying to sort out a excess moisture issue.
They have all been incredible and I’m so grateful to finally deal with an agent who actually care about their tenants
As for the 1 star ratings, I am actually really disappointed you have taken the time to come on here and try discourage people from using this rental agency because you have told half a story! If your gonna leave a review at least leave the full story with it 😒

K.We have only ever had amazing service from Quinovic. Whenever there have been issues (eg insurance claims, late rent) Mark and the team have dealt with it swiftly and professionally. Great communicators and I have never felt like anything is a problem. Recommend 100%
M.Quinovic in Hamilton have managed my property for the last 5 years. We got off to a bit of a rocky start as I was not at all happy with the Property Manager initially allocated to my account. However we were soon able to sort through this issue, and since then I have been delighted with the service I have received from Mark, Katie and the rest of the team at Quinovic. They've been great at getting everything done, along with clear and swift communication. All in all its been a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
C.Quinovic Hamilton managed my property ( a new build and my future home) for a period of 12 months. A tenant was found quickly, all rents and any queries and inspections were very efficiently dealt with and when the tenancy ended, the property was in an immaculate condition. Very satisfied with the service and would happily use the company again for any future rental management.
