If you need someone looking after your rental property, our property manager - Wenshu Du is highly recommended. She is very professional and responsible. She makes effective communication. May Canning -Clark is very good to work with. She looks after our rental property as if it were own. She has demonstrated great organizational skills in attending to a host of remedial issues connected with the property involving a number of tradesmen. All has run smoothly thanks to May's efforts. May is also quick to respond to phone calls and provides sound practical advice. I would recommend May to manage your property.

Sharon Du Plessis is our property manager. From the moment i viewed the property I got a great feeling about Sharon and she obviously felt good about myself and my family as we ended up with the property. We have had 3 inspections to date and Sharon has always rung and praised us about how we are looking after the property and that feedback is good as we know we are looking after a house correctly for the owners. I have been renting a property off Ray White for the last 2 years and have found our Property Manager Linda absolutely awesome. She is very approachable with any issues that arise and gets these sorted for us immediately. Linda is always cheerful and smiling. I have been in this property for 2 years and have found Sharon du plessis to be a great Property Manager. She is always friendly and helpful and gets any repairs or maintenance done promptly.

Website is we'll designed and easy to use but, the difference between platforms is noticeable. I recommend using a Chromebook or laptop/PC as the back button on phones tend to take the user back to the beginning of a query. Recommend, great phone manner.

Over this lockdown period we have been desperately under pressure to find a suitable property. Even though it was a difficult time for us, we were appreciative of the consistent support given to us, by our current Property Manager May Canning-Clarke for Ray White Rentals. May continued to up-date and continue to pursue & find us a suitable residence, even though viewing a property was impossible at times, because of lockdown. Ultimately May, did secure a property in time, that meet all our needs and informed us as soon as possible, when this became available. The viewing when it could take place ,was a matter of procedure and the acceptance of the property by ourselves was no brainer. Ray White Hamilton have been amazing and so easy to work with. We had recently moved out of our first home after we had renovated it and needed a property manager to look after it. We had three recommendations for Karla Chandler and she is definitely worth it. I have never met her and done all correspondence via email. She is very efficient and gets tasks done quickly but very throughly. She found us amazing tenants after being very selective and we have just had our first house inspection which we went excellent and they are looking after the house very well. Good customer Service keeping up with Covid rules and regulations, great communication when discussing the property. The process was efficient and professional.

I have known Sharon Du Plessis for the last eight years and she has managed our property since then. She is very efficient with her communication and get things sorted pretty quickly. With vacant property she is able to fill that up pretty quickly. All rents are also collected promptly without any arrears. She sends regular inspection reports, is very kind and very respectful in her communication with me and the tenants. Whenever there are issues with maintenance, she helps me to sort it out quickly. We have had the Ray White team manage our rental property in Hamilton for many years, and as we don’t live in that city any longer, it is important to us that we can confidently trust their care and overview. We leave everything in their capable hands including the selection of good tenants, and maintenance recommendations. We have been extremely pleased especially that they have tradespeople at their fingertips and can arrange work to be done in a timely and cost effective manner, after consultation with us. We receive inspection reports and photos, and they have been effective in keeping us informed of changes to legal requirements for rental properties, and achieving these standards. All good.

She keeps us updated promptly of any issues and is always fast getting tradestaff to get repairs/maintenance done, as well as helping a marginal tenant become a great tenant.
