I am a tenant with Waikato real-estate, I'm lucky enough to have a newly redecorated flat with brand new heat pump, I love my whare, excellently priced weekly payments, very easy to get maintenance done, this company has a app for your phone that you can place whatever job you need done in it. It's a excellent quick fast service, well done for keeping up with the times. We have 3monthly inspections and the ladies who come to do this are lovely and polite, always cheerful and happy to engage in a light conversation, every time I have contacted them they are wonderful quick responses, I think John however needs a holiday, no smiles, brush you off, no replies to emails, or complaints, I think this man needs to be shouted a trip on a cruise ship and get some happiness back to his life but overall thumbs up to the team, exceptional service you provide keep making people's heaven on earth 👌
