Terrific agent. Honest, professional, experienced... Lou listened to my concerns and issues, and recommended the best course of action for me to achieve a quick sale at a great price. We dressed the house and presented it well, and Lou was happy to show people round as one-offs as well as running some Open Homes - sale by deadline treaty. Because I had left the area, she went above and beyond to facilitate all the last minute details - and nine days later, I had a fantastic result.
