I had Mr Hutt Valley himself Phil Galley who was a really helpful agent who got me into my first house. Made sure I understood what was happening the whole way through and was super friendly the whole time making the experience a really pleasant one. I met Karen Kiely 12 months + before I put my house on the market. We wanted to sell, but we were disorganised. She kept me regularly updated on our suburb over the year, letting us know of comparable sales, but never pushing me to list. I rang her several times for advice, which she freely gave without obligation. I liked her approachability and honesty. For example, she knew what price we wanted for it initially, but said we would be unlikely to get that price if we listed it as it was. When we did decide to list she had a treasure chest of tradesman that she managed to wrangle on site within 24 hours, as time was of the essence. Throughout the campaign her regular and timely communication exceeded all my expectations. She delivered an exceptional number of offers and managed a few tricky situations during the sales campaign, always portraying confidence and integrity. As the vendor I really needed this! I would highly recommend her.

We recently had the challenge of moving my Mum from her townhouse to a retirement village. This required selling her Lower Hutt home within a short time frame. We sought out Jit Govind because he has always been a ready reference source for us even when we weren't buying or selling through his agency. He is just a genuine person who readily goes out of his way to help, even though he may not be rewarded monetarily. Jit and his wife Jiggy were simply amazing. They gave us great advice and then assisted us in both prescribing and arranging a full stylish makeover of the house which was always going to be difficult working around my 83 year old Mum . Through their total flexibility, professionalism and charm , they made this difficult makeover a very smooth exercise with a remarkable turnaround in marketability within only 2 weeks and all this was achieved whilst i was located in Sydney. Nothing was ever a problem and they bent over backwards to keep Mum happy. The house was sold in a very short 3 week period for almost exactly what their estimated sale value was, which was brilliant because the estimate was based on their recommended actions. My Mum is now well settled in her retirement home and as evidence of how Jit and Jiggy are genuinely caring in what they do, they have already visited Mum and given her a lovely gift and a really professional "sales journey" pack . I would recommend Jit and Jiggy unreservedly to any vendor or buyer as truly professional advisors who have a real drive for delivering results whilst respecting and caring for the people involved with genuine empathy . I cannot thank them enough . They are a brilliant team !
