Also they were both very upbeat about the house, which was a bit run down due to deferred maintenance. Their positive attitude helped me greatly. L.I cannot recommend Kimmi Seevens from Ray White highly enough. She was clear and considerate from the first meeting to my last day in my house. Everything was texted and emailed to me, and personally visited with anything I needed to sign or check. The property report was prepared very quickly and she recognised I didn’t need major marketing at this point. The house was on the market for a week and we held one open home three days before Christmas, by 5.30pm the next night Kimmi came to present NINE contracts. It was unconditional that night. I knew the market was running hot but that was beyond my expectations especially at that time of year! Kimmi made everything smooth and easy and minimum fuss. I really enjoyed our working relationship and appreciated that she understood my needs so well. Thank you Kimmi so much for helping me to sell and move on so easily.
