Dream team! Hamish and Alice from Barfoot & Thompson were the dream team to work with to get my property on the market quickly, and then sold for a premium at auction. The whole process flowed seamlessly - despite the timing being during Alert Level 3 in Auckland. Great communication throughout, and excellent knowledge of the local Ellerslie area and surrounds. Hamish and Alice were incredibly proactive in drumming up interest in the property - there were more than 10 bidders at the auction!
