Due to a change in circumstances I needed to rent out the property which had previously been my personal residence. This was my first experience as a landlord and Bren took the time to talk me through each step of what needed to be done. She found excellent tenants in a timely manner and has arranged to address several minor maintenance issues in a timely manner.
