a.We have had a new build rental at Papamoa Beach under the care of Focus Property for 5+ years. 2 Excellent tenant selections during our time with Mike and his team, with a complete and successful vetting service. 3 monthly property checks and are quick to get onto any issues or repairs required. Rental payments to Landlord are a bonus at fortnightly payments (not monthly!!). I would really recommend Focus Property Management for your rental to be well taken care of.
B.Wonderful service, Belinda and Mike have excellent communication which made renting our house stress free. They gave us clear guidance and information and kept us informed when new tenants took over. They were quick to respond to emails and took care of everything while we were away including the gardens and small maintenance issues. If you want your property looked after with care and consideration, then I would highly recommend this company without reservation. An awesome team to deal with.
S.Mike and Belinda are very efficient and offer solutions not only to myself as well as to my clients. As a mortgage broker from Auckland, when my clients construction finishes, Mike collects keys from the builder and start advertising the home for rental. My clients are also happy with the service what Mike and Belinda provides. Mike and Belinda gets tenants to my clients rentals within a week(About 95% of the homes)
