We recently engaged Catherine MacDonald to find a tenant and manage our rental property. Catherine was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough whilst also being warm, friendly and reassuring. She was very astute and had a great awareness of any questions we might have and allayed any fears or concerns we had. Her communication was excellent throughout the letting process and continues to be so in her management of the property. We have only known Catherine for about six months but in that time she has proved to be an excellent property manager. She is very thorough in her property inspections and her reports she gives to us. Her communication is also very good with phone calls and emails to us about any issues. Catherine McDonald was thrown in at the deep end when I was in dire need of someone taking care of our rental. She took over everything and kept me informed of what was needed and the whole letting process.My husband and I have found it took a great deal off our minds when such a capable person took over.
