Professional and Passionate about what she does. Sarah knows her stuff! But what really impressed us most about Sarah was her sincerity. She worked really hard to help us achieve our goals. Prior to meeting Sarah, we felt a little overwhelmed about selling our home, but Sarah made the process smooth from start to finish with clear communication and encouragement every step of the way. I met Sarah when I was initially looking at purchasing, and was so impressed by her that when time came for me to sell she was the only agent I even considered. My experience with Sarah has been nothing short of 'outstanding!' When I first met Sarah, I said to her that I wanted her to effect both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new/current home. Appreciating that property agents seldom ever achieve the 'double-whammy' for a client - something that Sarah indeed shared with me - Sarah nevertheless said, "okay, let's do it!" Her professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to listen to my requests and work in way that I wanted us to, pseudo-partnership throughout this whole process, and just overall amazing attitude were second-to-none. In the modern world, where margins are tight, costs are high, and the competition is ever-present, often the key difference, I find, is the customer service. Sarah's customer service is simply stunning! She not only achieved the proverbial 'double-whammy', but she did so in spectacular fashion. She managed to sell my former property for an excellent price, attract exactly the right kind of purchaser I was looking for (as this was also important to me), and then help me to purchase a new home that is exactly what my family and I are looking for. I'm starting to run out of superlatives for Sarah so I will draw my narrative to a close, but sufficed to say I would utilise Sarah's services again in a heartbeat, and I will most definitely be recommending her to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a house/home in the Hawkes Bay. We never expected a real estate agent to work so hard for us as a buyer. Sarah really got to know us and what we were looking for, and the properties she highlighted to us always fit our plans very well. Sarah was endlessly helpful and straight-up with our many questions and with guiding us house buying rookies through the process. It wasn't the quickest process but we ended up with a fantastic home and we hope Sarah is still in the game if/when we ever decide to sell.
