Haven Property Management are excellent to deal with. Friendly, professional and local. They are looking after my property in Nile st, Nelson and I couldn't be happier with their communication and knowledge. They were very helpful when I prepared the property for the market.

Successful property management has always required attention to detail but the Ardern/Faafoi government has turned rental management into a tightrope walk over a minefield for all landlords. Now more than ever before, managing rentals has become a challenge both financially and with the need to manoeuvre thru increasingly difficult legislation. After 25 years as a landlord I can say with certainty it’s no longer a place for amateurs ! Enter Georgia … my saviour. For the first time in many years I am excited to say I have someone on my team that I have full confidence in to help make the decisions that make me happy and the rentals function in the best possible way. Haven made a smart choice promoting Georgia. And Georgia made a smart choice in connecting me with Michelle as my property manager.
