Best property managers I have ever had and I have experienced many. They willingly took on a difficult tenancy under very generous terms to me and have handled it with great compassion and diplomatic skill with very good outcomes for all concerned. Manager Stacey Howden has considerable skill inspecting properties and very quickly found issues of concern and had them quickly and competently resolved.She is an excellent communicator , very good listener and gives excellent advice. Rents have been paid into my account in full and very promptly. The Stoke Summit team regularly attend the Nelson Property Investors Association Meetings and they are highly informed of the latest trends issues and regulations. They have an excellent team of trades people's and experts that they can quickly access. I have been very impressed with their services and I recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding property managers.

Marie is fantastic, she always keeps us informed if tenants are having problems or if repairs needs to be done. She organises any contractors that are required to fix or maintain the properties and she also keeps us informed on the viability of increasing rent. Marie is always helpful, friendly, informative, polite but also very practical with her solutions and deals with problems quickly and with consideration for all parties. We have received a fantastic service from Marie and would recommend her and Summit Property Management to anyone considering a property manager.

I have worked with Marie Healy as my rental property manager for over 6 years and have found her service excellent. It was important for me to have as few problems wi8th my house as possible because for 5 of thos years I was overseas. Now I'm back in NZ I still retain her services, choice of suitable tenants, prompt reporting of maintenance issues, reliable crediting of rents paid, regular property inspections and in addition, Marie has always "gone the extra mile" when needed. I am very happy with her, and do/would recommend her to other landlords.

I cannot recommend Stacey Howden of Summit Stoke highly enough. She has managed a tenant exit excellently, supervised compliance works with outstanding attention to detail ( including crawling around underneath the property and in the roof space) and making the contractor return to complete a few details. The routine inspections are detailed with exacting attention and the tenant is extremely happy to have Stacey as the manager. Since getting Marie and Summit to manage our rental property there has been a weight lifted off our shoulders. She keeps us up to date with inspections, maintenance and any upcoming regulation changes. I would highly recommend Marie and Summit Property Management to anyone!

Stacy is the first property manager we have dealt with. She responded to our calls and messages in a timely fashion and organized tradesmen etc efficiently. We were kept informed of requirements at all times. She was respectful of our home when carrying out inspections and gave us feedback from the landlord. If the need arose to use a property manager in the future I would definitely talk to Stacy first.

The initial evaluation was excellent and got a lot of assistance from Summit staff.Since then checks have been regular and reports forthcoming promptly. Summit appear to be more professional than do some other property managers (word of mouth from neighbours and the state of some properties ). At this point my tenant has been very good so Summit has been untested in having to address any issues. But I suspect they will be professional inthis regard.
