Nicole Hines has been very professional property manager for my Nelson New Zealand home for 6 yrs. Whilst i reside in Australia and live remotely.Nicole has always been Studious in her communication. Nicole responds in a timely manner regarding my home. No issue is ever too big or small. It is always addressed with ease. I have found Nicole always polite not only to myself but always with my tenants. I feel my tenants have always been happy because of her drama free approach. my tenants have always been long term and i feel this is also due to her ability to communicate effectively.
