My wife and I have been renting property through Bayleys rental division for the past 15 months and in particular through our property manager Lynne Le Roux. I cannot speak highly enough of Bayleys and their staff. Their dedication to conducting business in an honest, ethical and professional manner is above all reproach and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in selling or buying a property or if you are a property investor looking for a dedicated and experienced property manager you can trust to look after your investment then this is the company for you. If you are a tenant looking for a home and are prepared to keep to your part of the deal and honour your tenancy agreement then these people will do everything they can to help you. As you will no doubt be aware however, rental property is extremely difficult to to acquire. Lynne and Angela, our property managers are the people we have mostly dealt with at Bayleys and in the time we have known them my respect and admiration for their unbiased professionalism and dedication to duty has grown enormously. Lynne is very much the type of person who will bend over backwards to help those she trusts, however I would not want to be in the shoes of someone who was to cross her. All women are dangerous of course but some more so than others. The thing we appreciate most about Lynne and Angela is their totally, utterly stuffed sense of humour - our type of people!!! It is people like them who make the world go round and help the rest of us to stay gloriously, blissfully insane. If we could rate this company with 10 stars we would!! John and Hermione Hart

Lynne and Angela have been AMAZING! I cannot speak highly enough of them, they’ve been just awesome to talk to and to deal with when it comes to anything. Definitely going to miss having Lynne as our property manager :)

Christina and Darrell have really been a great help in listing and selling our house. They are very savy, super prompt and very efficient. I would not hesitate to have them sell for us again and would say to all, "be confident in giving them a go". Thank you for everything and for your friendly, up front and honest manner of doing business.
