D."We have used Bayleys Property Management for our first investment property, with Deena supporting us we have had nothing but top-quality service. By using this service, all the hassle of selecting suitable tenants is managed well. Till this time our tenants have been excellent. The Management Service deals with all the maintenance issues, even those that happen as an emergency.The main thing is that we don't have to do anything! If anything gets broken or if the tenants have any issues, it just gets sorted, and I always get notified so I am aware of everything without having to do anything about it.
