Werner was wonderful and very easy to deal with right from day one. Werner is a good-natured and very diligent sales agent. He always kept me in the loop with what was going on behind the scenes which made me feel at ease during the whole process. Werner is also a handyman! He fixed my shower head and kitchen cabinet and I realise this might seem minor to some, but for me whose not skilled with the tools was such a big help. Werner was very involved and very helpful from the outset of the process of selling my property. He explained to me the procedure he was going to go through, and then did it with the minimum of fuss. Always easy to talk to , he had the patience to guide me through what the process of selling my house would be, and he managed to do just that in what seemed like a very short time. I always had the real impression that Werner was going the extra mile for me . On Open days he was always punctual, and directions and signs to the Open Home were planted in the ground in the mornings, even though the house wasn't 'Open' till the afternoon. THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER I had looked around to check the market, viewed lots of houses and met lots of real estate agents, but they all made me hesitate to decide. From the first moment I met Werner at the Open Home, I felt that I was in safe hands. Trust is very important to me and there was not one moment of doubt while dealing with him. He was well informed and was always able to answer my questions. I had lots of questions for a long time, but he was willing to answer them all and I could feel that he was not just trying to sell this house but also made the effort to understand my needs and requirements. Whenever I requested further information / documents etc, he responded very quickly by email or called me straight away. He has a very kind attitude, was always approachable, guided me through the whole process and was very thorough and patient with me.
