C.The team at Tall Poppy Property Management are responsive, timely and really good to deal with. I’ve enjoyed being a tenant in one of their properties for a number of years now and have never had an issue with getting anything resolved.
There’s always clear lines of communication between myself as the tenant and anything that requires the landlord’s involvement is quickly addressed and handled efficiently and professionally.
I’ve rented through many property management businesses and Tall Poppy is by far the best I’ve dealt with.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
L.Tall Poppy Property Management managed my rental property on the Kapiti Coast for a period of 2 years. They found me a great tenant quickly, I was always paid on time, the property was impeccably maintained and maintenance was always scheduled in a timely fashion. Prior to working with Tall Poppy, I worked with a competing property management firm who delivered a nightmare 2 year period of bad tenants who wrecked the property and failed to pay rent. As a result of experiencing both, I can't recommend Tall Poppy highly enough.
