I have dealt with probably over 30 estate agents in the past 5 years. Quite simply, Cary is the estate agent that has been the most down to earth and honest by far. He made my property purchase an enjoyable experience - and that is not the norm! All paperwork was sent immediately on request, viewing the property at short notice was also possible, but most importantly, any questions were answered fast and no matter how ridiculous these could have sounded to him, they were always answered with kindness. Thank you for being an outstanding estate agent.

Cary is one of those people that is genuine in his people approach. He took his time to understand my needs and expectations. He then discussed what he could provide and his honest thoughts (of which I also appreciated) and then when we were both in agreement (and having not felt that I had been rushed) he then brought out the paperwork. Cary all the while and throughout this very short time (as the house sold very very quickly) has kept in contact, ensured that I was informed about changes and checked that I understood what was happening and has always been very professional.
