C.18 months ago my son and I made the decision to move out of Tauranga.
We wern't sure where we wanted to go to but wanted a smaller town within an hour of Tauranga.
We chose Putaruru and met Ros from Waikato Real Estate ( formally Ray White). Ros made us feel comfortable while viewing houses. She was very imformative and answered all our questions good or bad. I dont think we were the easiest of clients. It had been along time since I had been house hunting.
We finally decided on a property after four viewings of it and Ros was very abliging and making sure I was happy with our choice.
