Outstanding accommodation and Sharon was so good to deal with , we rented 15 apartments and it got cancelled so many times due to Covid but Sharon kept making it work . 60 people for a kids rugby trip all had a ball.

Awesome friendly service, great communication and they really go out of their way to put their customers first. The lake view one-bedroom apartment is fantastic and well worth it. Good amount of space with an elevated view of the beautiful lake and a cosy gas fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and very clean. The free carparking is great but it gets full quickly as they are unassigned, so we have had to park on the street on some nights after coming back from dinner around 9pm. It would be great if there was access to the lake closer to Highview, e.g. stairs via another property, so we didn't have to walk all the way around to get to the bottom.

We stayed at their 1 Bedroom Apartment for 4 days and the room balcony lake/mountain views were by far the best we could find in Queenstown.
The hotel is situated further and higher than most other hotels, hence the views from the rooms are uninterrupted and better than other hotels that are near the main city center.
The room was spacious and House Keeping was done at our request. We had asked for trash cleaning to be done on a daily basis and the hotel obliged. The kitchen is well equipped and the room has a gas heater as well. The toiletries here were much better than the ones we've used in other hotels so far.
Among the negatives were:
1. Parking is limited and if you arrive late, then you could have to park on the streets.
2. There isn't sufficient lighting in the room
3. The room gets stuffy at night due to lack of ventilation/AC. Opening the windows at night is not an option due to the bugs outside.
Overall, the hotel is a really good place to stay at Queenstown for the amazing views it has and the good quality rooms.

The centre of Queenstown is a 15 minute walk downhill, which means the apartment is a 15 minute walk uphill. The apartment was spacious and has quality fittings. Service rooms Only had room cleaned once in our stay and would have been nice …

Good modern design, with all the amenities you'd expect. Parking may be a bit tricky if all rooms are occupied, and ensuring you get a room on level 2 should you have any disability or difficulties getting up and down stairs. The bathrooms have heated floors which are much welcome in winter, but the overhead shower water temperature is difficult to maintain, best to use the smaller shower head.

If I could give this place more stars I would!!
It was impeccably clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The bed was very comfy and the layout of the apartment was brilliant.
Our view was absolutely breathtaking.
The only (small) issue was the tv doesn’t have great connection, but you won’t need to watch it too much as there’s so much to do in Queenstown! You can rent DVDs from the reception too just in case.

The kitchen had full facilities which was great as we stayed indoors a few days and cooked ourselves meals. Great value for the money. The whole set up was ideal for us being close to town but far enough away to be really quiet. We …

The best thing about Highview is the view. It is perfectly located on the lower hills just to the south-west of the town centre offering views across the lake and The Remarkables that are quite simply stunning. I spent much of our time when we were in the room sitting out on the spacious furnished balcony just soaking up the morning or evening landscape. I couldn't get enough of it!
We booked a Lake View 1 Bedroom Apartment for our three-night stay, and I think it would be hard to make a better choice. The apartment was spacious, well laid out, modern and clean, and had a terrific bathroom. Everything was comfortable, and it was well equipped with all you might need during your stay. There is no daily servicing of the room, but whenever we needed anything the room maids were only too happy to help.
It's an easy downhill walk of 800-1,000m to town, about a 15-minute stroll. Coming back up is a little harder, but if you are feeling lazy there is a great work-around pointed out by another reviewer. Walk along the waterfront to Rydges Hotel: cross the lobby and take an elevator to the 6th floor, then walk into the QT Hotel section and take the QT elevators to the 8th floor; from here you exit via the QT Hotel lobby onto Thompson Street and are only half a block away from Highview.
Highly recommended

The layout of the apartment was great and was really well appointed. Extremely helpful host who assisted with our washing needs after our hike and alas we didn't get to try out the spa pool. We are going to book there again and would highly recommend Highview Queenstown to anyone.

We asked for a late check out which the lady happily granted and we much appreciate that type of service. Very reasonable price for accommodations in Queenstown especially if your not after a great view. The position of the suites is …

Highview itself is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Queenstown and it is necessary to climb up a small hill. The elevated position of the apartment provided an unrivalled panorama of Lake Wakatipu and the distance mountain ranges. We will definitely stay here again should we visit Queenstown next time.

To me, its design is more suited to a small hotel room but the nearest eateries are a ten minute walk away. The facilities are of a high standard and the premises extremely sound proof. We found accommodation generally in Queenstown to be very expensive. The room had large glass doors which led onto a small balcony.

We really appreciated the free DVD selection at the front desk after a long day of skiing and of coarse the advice from the lovely ladies at the front desk. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check out at 11am instead of the usual 10am. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Great place to stay before and after the Routeburn walk. Great location; you can get everywhere on foot from this quiet and private location. I was really happy with the room as it felt really homely. The walk into town took around 10-15 minutes but it was a pleasant stroll.

Great location and very nice accommodations. Apartment was very clean, had lots of space for 2, and staff was great. Heated floors, heated towel rack, and large tub were a bonus. We loved it.

Good rates if you stay for a minimum number of nights. The town itself is so beautiful and although bustling you can just sit at the water's edge and watch the world go by. It's position on the fringe of the main town means it's a slow 10 minute walk to the centre.

We thought this may be a bit out of town but it was perfectly placed for us. I would not describe it as an easy walk to town. Our unit 305A and B could do with a couple of extra cushions on the lounge suites and there was a nasty stain on the carpet.

I stayed on the top level and the unit is fantastic. The room is spacious and chockful with amenities. These are serviced apartments and it is not a hotel so the office is only open during business hours. Staff on reception very helpful. Thank you everyone for your help and service.
