I had my property with Housemart for over four years . During this time I could totally take a back seat as Megan and her team just made everything so easy for me . Hi Team, I just wanted to take 2 mins to provide some feedback from Tuesday night (which was the day it was exceptionally hot). We had issues with our water at xxxx road again after hours (yes you can all scream and run away). I wanted Megan and Megan’s manager to know that the way Megan handled it was exceptional. She was diligent, understanding and went above and beyond to get someone out there even at 9 pm at night. I believe she may of called 3 different plumbers. Her sense of humour also helped build the trust that it would get resolved. She is an asset to your business and if every tenant gets an experience like I had with Megan Tuesday, Housemart will continue to be the brand and business I suspect you aim for. Cheers Kelly

Just the best service ever! It was very stressful having to look for a rental and these guys went above and beyond :) they moved mountains to get me into the rental a week earlier than was initially realistic and I really appreciated their empathy and professionalism, would recommend them for sure 😊

I've rented off other agencies before and had no where near the level of service Housemart provide. On each occasion they have been excellent at sourcing, screening and securing quality tenants (who are keen to stick around!) In addition, the team are fantastic to deal with - friendly, professional and always responsive. Nothing was ever a problem for them. We highly recommend Housemart to prospective landlords. They are very thorough in vetting prospective tenants, provide very detailed and thorough inspections and maintain really good communication with us and our tenants. Nothing is a problem and they go well beyond what could be expected of them. Recently they have been really helpful with some maintenance that was required on the property, the work was completed successfully and both the tenants and us are thrilled with the result. We really are grateful for the wonderful service we have received.

I rented my first property as a tenant in Queenstown through Housemart and highly recommend them for both tenants and landlords. We were well vetted to fit with the owners strict requirements but as tenants that made us feel looked after as well. Throughout our tenancy every query was promptly answered, and they knew the property well. Being a landlord overseas I know the importance of keeping the happy balance for both tenants and landlords to know that you've got good tenants on one side, and your property is being looked after on the other. Using other property managers we've had a wait for months for feedback when we know we have a great landlord sitting on the other side of that barrier. Having experienced both sides of the fence, Housemart should be your 'go to' Property Manager for both tenants and property owners.

Housemart have been the property managers for our rural property for almost three years. Hayley and her team are very efficient, friendly and easy to communicate with. If our designated manager is away/unavailable for some reason there is always someone who can answer our query on the few occasions we have a question. They have kept us informed of anything that needs to be attended to and offered to organise it for us or if we prefer we can sort it. Everything that they do is in the interests of both our tenants and us, keeping us informed about what we need to do to ensure our property is up to standard. Disbursements have always been on time and Housemart ensures that they arrive in our account on or before the 15th and 1st of the month to allow for the occasional times when these dates are during a weekend or holiday. They have taken the time to understand how we like to work and our experience as property owners of a rental property has been very enjoyable. It is FIVE Stars from us.

As a current tenant of Housemart I have been really impressed with their professionalism shown by all of their staff. The reminders for the house inspections by text is an innovative way to make sure their tenants don't forget, and if anything needs to be done they are always promptly onto it - is great to deal with a company that not only respects their owners but also their tenants.
