Bayleys Rangiora is a well established real estate company in Rangiora. They provide an ok service to the North Canterbury community. They sold our house very quickly and at a good price. However I still do not understand why the agent's fee charged was never disclosed until settlement as it is my understanding it was going to be significantly lower. Getting over that there were some very good selling strong points like the persistence with Sunday show home events.
