Sharon has found us good tenants, has been quick to identify potential maintenance issues and has overseen and co-ordinated 2 larger upgrades very efficiently. Sharon is very professional and pleasant to deal with. We would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a Property Manager.

C.Sharon certainly helps in so many ways making owning rental properties stress free. Sharon has been our property manager for many years and is so professional. Sharon's inspections are very thorough and her report to us is detailed from up by photos on every inspection. We have been very happy with the service provided by Nicki and have never had any issues whatsoever. Nicki has always been very quick to respond to any queries on our part, very efficient with the regular property checks, proactive with offering helpful suggestions to benefit us and the tenants, and has always found suitable and reliable tenants, with minimal turnaround time between vacating and incoming tenants. Summit for several years now. Her standard of service has never dropped from excellent and I continue to highly recommend her. Summit have kept me up to speed with the many legislation changes affecting our rental property over the years and again Nicki always follows up on them. Her selection process for tenants doesn't have to be used very often as she selects only the best who stay long term and she keeps a close eye on their use of the property. She's tops for us.
M.Very happy with Summit Property Management in Richmond. Nicki is efficient, professional and communicates well with us. We receive monthly rental income statements and three monthly reviews - including photos. If there is work to be done on our rental property, Nicki always checks with us first and often we get her to use her tradesmen.

G.Nicki Morris is incredibly thorough and reliable. I live in the north island house she manages is in the south. It is the best money I spend as I don’t have to worry about a thing she takes care of it like it’s her own. Have never had one issue with her management over the last seven years.
