We were reluctant to engage a property manager having previously managed properties ourselves but so glad we made the call! Selwyn Property have been fantastic to engage with, they are professional operators and provide a great value service. Highly recommend Kerry and the team to others!

I originally contacted Kerry From SPM as I was having difficulty in managing my rental remotely. From the outset, Kerry has managed every aspect from screening potential tenants, timely rent payments, regular property inspections , and overall excellent communication. Selwyn Property Management are a client of ours and we do the plumbing maintenance on some of their properties. They have always been really easy to deal with and contact if we need to discuss any plumbing issues. Their communication has always been really good with us! Highly recommend!

To clarify, this review is from the perspective of my company, Arthur’s Roof & Property Services, as a provider of roof & property maintenance services, not one in which involves property management of our personal property. As one of the Directors of Arthur’s, when dealing with Selwyn Property Management when they have come to us for assistance their communication has been professional and prompt. What a great company to deal with. Had a very bad experience with our previous managers, and it was great to find a company who was so efficient and organised. Rent paid over timeously, tenant's issues reported immediately so that they could be resolved for the tenant without delay. Highly recommend to landlords and tenants alike.

On our third time renting with SPM, and each time we've been impressed about how quickly, thoroughly and professionally matters are addressed. One of the biggest standouts is the standard of the properties when you move in. Clean when you move in, clean it when you move out, great for both tenants and owners.
