S.I have found Carley from Ray White rentals to be truly amazing to deal with. Having not rented since I was younger it was daunting as I did not know what was expected of me, Carely was very clear and made the experience a pleasant one. If I buy a rental in Rotorua I would definitely use Carley to look after my rental as she was fantastic as I have experienced her from a tenants perspective and if I where a landlord this is how I would want my tenants to be treated!
