C.I was advised to use a planner. Not knowing anyone, I googled planners in the local area. I emailed 2 or 3. Hannah was first to reply and her reply was friendly, helpful and encouraging so I decided to go with Planning Plus. Helen was assigned to our job . From the start she was clear, explaining what we could and could not do. Always replying promptly. Our RC application by Hannah went smoothly. Her diligence even got us a credit on our RC fee. Their fees were fair and reasonable with no hidden costs. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
