Logan͏ delivered on his promise ! Friendly,͏ confident and extremely professional Logan told us he was confident in selling our house within 6 weeks and for the best price in the current market, and he was right. He supported us throughout and ensured we not only sold our home of 26 years but secured our new home as well. Logan (and Mel and Sarah) were wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process, they kept us informed every step of the way and their marketing skills were second to none. The wonderful professional photos and the little extra personal touches for the open homes ensured buyers were attracted to our home and felt welcomed at the viewings. I would not hesitate to recommend Logan and his team to anyone wanting the best result. I hope to not need him again but would ring him straight away if we ever did need an agent in the future.

Second to none!!!! We had been thinking about selling our house for a couple of months and in that deliberation time, we met many agents from multiple different agencies. Logan made contact not long after we submitted an online enquiry form and showed up to our house with an appraisal prepared and all the information we needed up front to make a decision, without us asking for it. He had a relaxed yet professional manner and didn’t once pressure us into making a decision which was in stark contrast to other agents. The whole process was made so easy and Logan and his team were always contactable, efficient, and responsive. What we valued most in Logan, was his confidence in his team and faith in our house. Selling our first home was a very emotional process, so it was important to us that whoever we listed with were invested in our house and took the time to see it the way we did. Sincere care for clients combined with excellent strategic skills We've always been untrusting of property agents, especially with what we have gone through when looking for our first home years ago. Brad has proven to us time and again that dealing with agents doesn't always have to be like that. He has consistently instilled confidence in us - I admit that, at times, I suspected that we might have just been given false hope - but Brad has always been true to his word and with data to prove it. Yes, he's got the gift of gab like many people in his profession has honed throughout their careers and would usually make you wonder whether it's all just hot air, but with his intelligence, his flexibility to adapt strategy to circumstances, and a sincere care for us, his clients - we knew he was "walking the talk". Also, one of the traits that we liked about him that made working with him pleasant is that he was very patient with us and with all our questions and request, and it felt like you've known the guy for a long time. Persistency got the sale Brad Leonard approached me for the listing by door knocking and when I decided to put the house on the market, Telos was the agency that won out over several others considered. My house was not an easy sale (not the standard 3-4 BR house) and Brad persisted and stayed with it. We switched up the advertising a number of times, until it hit the mark. Brad was considerate of our family life when organising private viewings and very helpful in arranging photos, staging, etc. Brad went out of his way to get the best price and spend significant time thinking about his negotiation strategy when there was a significant gap between offer and expectation. Overall, I can highly recommend Brad as a seller's agent.

The point of difference is Logan Campbell! From first meeting Logan during his appraisal of our house he came across as being a passionate salesman with a lot of confidence. His regular contact and realism of the market were both comforting and refreshing to find in a salesman. These little things seem simple on the surface but do not go unnoticed. I recommend Logan to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Great job Brad!! We have worked with several real estate agents in the past but never have we come across an agent so down to earth and professional as Brad. One of our best experiences as a buyer At a time when viewing a property (let alone buying) was fraught with Covid-related hurdles, Nicki & Dan just made it seem easy. Firstly, they ran a fast, effective and smooth process. Even when the auction was bought forward after little more than a week, we'd had enough time to see the property, complete our due diligence and be ready to bid. And when the auction had to be conducted entirely online/by-phone (which was new to us), they took the time to explain it all beforehand and gave us a fabulous agent to be our bidder (thanks Marcia!). Secondly, they were really responsive. It's hardly a buyers market out there, but we weren't made to feel like just another number. Every time we had a question or needed more information or access to the property - we promptly received the help we needed. Plus they kept us informed and checked-in frequently. And finally, there's the post-purchase service. From organising the deposit to conducting a pre-settlement inspection to getting the keys (and a lovely moving in basket), they again were an absolutely pleasure to deal with.

We were recommended to Logan by a very nice lady that reassured us that Logan would deliver excellent outcome when it comes to real estate business. Telos Group is not only a fantastic realtor, they are an excellent support system.
