We both sold and purchased a property through Kirsty. We really appreciated her transparency, honesty and steady communication throughout the process. It can be a stressful time and knowing we could flick Kirsty a txt at any time and receive a direct response was great. We found Kirsty to be friendly, enthusiastic and over all a lovely person to deal with, who we felt looked after our best interests. We enjoyed Cashmore's modern approach and didn't feel 'over pitched'. We would highly recommend Kirsty and the Cashmore's team. We are so pleased with the results!

Fabulous, Professional, Delightful Selling our house with Kirsty and Blair has been amazing. Kirsty went out of her way to keep me informed and up to date on the feedback from potential buyers, and Instilled in me a trust that believed she was truely working to get us the best price possible. Purchase of our first home We had a great experience dealing with Helen. She was very helpful and assisted with any queries. She always was available to answer any questions day or night. Our experience was not stressful dealing with Helen through out the process of buying our first home. We would recommend Helen as an excellent sales agent. Helen accommodated the Builder Inspection guy and also the valuation person. Helen kept us updated with any relevant information and checked in every week of the process. Simply The Best, As per the Title and my experience dealing with a number of agents over the years I would put Craig at the top of the list 10 out of 10. Craig was always following up every lead presenting multiple back up deals and keeping us up to date. I have both purchased and sold property through Craig, with a purchase in 2015 and recent sale in 2021. I chose Craig to sell my recent property based on my earlier experience as a buyer. Having interacted with many agents over the years, they are a mixed bag in terms of the effort they put in with potential buyers, particularly in busy times. I have personally been put off listings by some of their approaches. I chose Craig due to his courteous and friendly demeanor - he comes across as genuinely friendly and honest, which I feel makes a big difference in providing comfort and direction to potential buyers. I would recommend using Craig for this reason.

Making the decision to sell your property is a big one, a decision that comes with a level of anxiety and questioning external to the selling process. You are faced with questions about whether you’re doing the right thing, if others will see your home in the same light you do, what comes next, will I find something else that makes me happy and suits our needs? It therefore came as an unexpected relief that the sale of the property was smooth and uncomplicated. I recently purchased a property where Ashford was the agent. He was very responsive to any queries i raised and excellent at communicating through the process. I contacted the Cashmores to sell my property as it was evident through their promotional branding that they were attempting to add a breath of fresh air into a somewhat tired and overdone reality service currently out there and I was not disappointed with my choice.
