Nicohlas Meloni did an exceptional job selling our investment property recently. In what was a difficult time with us all dealing with COVID and lockdown he got the job done by way of a multi offer at close to asking price. Our first agent left the company and he just picked up our property and ran with it. We have bought and sold many properties and are very impressed by his professional manor, sound advice about the local market and patience. I guess the thing that we were most impressed with was that he sorted out quickly who was a qualified buyer and who was simply just looking around. We knew what was happening at all times with the weekly vendors reports. He comes highly recommended by us and we would definitely use him again.

Fabulous Result! Nicholas is the most brilliant communicator - he kept us up to date constantly throughout the process of selling our home which was particularly challenging with Covid 19 Lockdown. Nicholas is articulate, professional, and his work ethic is incredible. His energy and positivity is contagious. Genna who assisted with the admin side of things and kept things on track was awesome. The day I decided to find a Real Estate Company to sell my property there was a knock at the door and I was lucky enough to meet Ryder Parker from Eves The Lakes. He impressed me so much, he was given the property listing. He combined with Taylor Harte to market the property, hold Open Homes and finally Auction the home.
