Swift and Low Key Our priority was to sell our home in a low-key manner, no open homes, no for sale sign, no auctions and minimal fuss. Lee was on board with our requests and made it happen, selling our house in very swift 2 working days! We approached Lee to sell our home based on recommendations, but we already had him in mind as we were impressed with the way he marketed other properties. In the short time we have known Lee he has been instrumental in helping us find another place to live, going above and beyond the sale of our property.

All real estate agents are not equal. We had used various agents before we met Lee. But after discovering Lee when we sold our last place, there was no question we would use him for any sale in the future. So when we needed to sell our place on Rocky Cutting Road we approached Lee again. He did not disappoint. His valuation was honest and fair and calculated. He takes the time to understand what it is that we loved about our property so he can fully grasp what sets it apart. Then armed with that knowledge he tailors a marketing campaign to suit and highlights the key factors that caused us to fall in love with the property. And his marketing is 2nd to none. He embraces technology to ensure a wide audience is contacted and makes his listings stand out from the others. Couple that with his experience in negotiation he not only sells properties quickly, but gets great prices as well. I could not recommend Lee enough. I have used him twice now and while he is involved in Realestate I will never use anyone else. I’ll happily provide more details if anyone wants to call me.

Lee is a Legend. We initially contacted Lee to list our home for sale as we were very impressed with his communication around the selling of a neighbouring property. He kept us informed by way of hand-written cards as to progress, buyers and market availability. When we decided to sell, he was what we needed to ensure we presented our property for sale to achieve a top price. Lee is a wizard at what he does. His industry knowledge is relevant, current, and makes good sense. We had a multi offer within 10 days of going on the market. We had a few issues along the way but his calm manner, 'can do' attitude, and sound advice got us through. He gave us confidence every step of the way, and some of those issues weren't so small. And he got us our 'champagne' price! Lee is a clear and constant communicator. You feel as though your house is the only one he's selling. He is extremely professional, does what he says he will do, and has a multi-facet approach. Whatever needs doing, Lee will have a proposal for a way forward. Thank you Lee for everything you did for us to sell our home. Your expertise has allowed us to follow our dream.

A Winning Combination Beth and Lee make a fantastic team. We've sold a few houses now and this was by far the best experience of them all. It was stress free and they were so easy to deal with. You can see they also have a great team behind them too, which is great as this frees the agents up to focus purely on their customers. It's a winning combination. The marketing was fabulous, Lee's video made us want to buy the house again. :) When picking an agent it's important to have a good relationship as you're trusting this person with your biggest asset. Fortunately, we met Beth at an open home six months before, whilst we didn't end up buying from her she couldn't do enough to help us secure a home, which was so lovely as we were from out of town. So when our situation changed there's was no question to who we would trust with our home. Not surprisingly, Beth was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond for us. We couldn't be more grateful. She got us a fantastic price and managed everything. I couldn't recommend her enough, if you want someone who genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best outcome, you will not lose with Beth. These two make a wonderful duo, who play to their strengths, getting the best outcome for their clients. I'd recommend them a thousand times over. It's just a shame I can't use them where we are moving to next. Thank you for all you hard work, we'll be forever grateful.

Some times you wonder what you pay these agents all that money for in a booming market but this man certainly earned every $.
