I have to say I have been beyond impressed by every facet and service of the Stay Hub team. For me, this was a big-deal having my apartment managed and rented out, and Ally, Jason and Eric have made it nothing but a pleasure. They are fantastic communicators, no question of mine was too hard (or basic!) to answer, and they have cared for my apartment to a tee. We would recommend this to those seeking a good value home anywhere in New Zealand! We stayed at one of their holiday homes with my family. House was perfectly clean and it was beautiful!! It's in a lovely area right in central Auckland. Spacious, with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and cozy sitting area. Amazing check in instructions, good communication and fast reply. They took care of our needs as if we had our own support! We will book the place again if we return!!

Eric and Jason are there for the guests. The apartment is spotless, which our guests appreciate. And what's more: as property managers they are the eyes and ears, hands and feet of the owner. They really care for the apartment as well, so the guests and the property are in safe hands with the Stay Hub.

Eric and his team have delivered a great experience for our guests, managing all aspects of the stay which in turn has lead to very good reviews and a solid occupancy. This has delivered a great return, and has required very minimal input from us. This is in stark contrast to the previous AirBNB property management company. We would highly recommend Stay Hub.
