Outstanding service and advice. Rosie and Daniel really know their market! We cannot say enough about Daniel and Rosie’s friendly, efficient assistance in the sale of my dear departed Mother’s house, as well as our own. Everything went extremely well, and once both houses were on the market, they each sold within the week. Daniel & Rosie’s appraisals were spot on almost to the dollar. You guys are truly amazing, and really know your market! Daniel was fantastic to deal with. Very clear in his communication and kept us informed at every step of the process. He gave us great advice on preparing both properties for market, and each house ended up in a multi-offer situation. We’re very happy with the outcomes. We were recommended Rosie & Daniel by friends and weren't disappointed. Their enthusiasm and drive from our first meeting right through the sale process is what impressed us. We had an issue with our LIM which required CCC sign-off on an item. Rosie handled all contact with the council and it was sorted within a couple of weeks. They don't just offer the typical "cookie-cutter" realestate agent service but are prepared to do all they can to make the house sale process quick and easy for us. We're super happy with the result and looking forward to moving on in a few weeks :) wooooooo!!!

Rosie and Daniel are two of the most genuine, kind, awesome people I have ever met. We had multiple real estate agents visit our property and we chose Rosie and Daniel as they were down to earth, honest, positive and inspiring. We first met Rosie and Daniel at an open home that they hosted as agents. We were instantly impressed with both of them! Daniel gave lots of tips and pointers of the house from a tradesman point of view (which was extremely helpful and comprehensive), while Rosie explained to us thoroughly of the LIM report and the renovations that the house had gone through, as well as a little bit about the neighbourhood. My husband and I had been looking for houses for more than six months, and have come across many agents during this time, and I must say, Rosie and Daniel took the lead on giving such an informative background of the house, which made us more at ease to trust them and put an offer on the house. Whilst we didn’t get that particular house, we knew we could trust the Deans to give us an appraisal on our house. We had gone through three different appraisals with the three main Real Estate Companies prior to this, and we didn’t feel certain if the agents that did the appraisals could or wanted to sell our house, as their expectations were often unrealistic or at times pessimistic. When Rosie and Daniel went to do the appraisal, they were very realistic and explained to us the market and their marketing strategies. They also immediately pointed the positive points about the house and gave ideas on how to stage the house so that the house reaches its maximum potential for when the open home starts. All throughout the process, Rosie and Daniel have been more than helpful in the process, but surprisingly very relaxed which gave us no pressure to sell our house! The result showed their hard work as our unit was sold in just 10 days, with a total of 27 groups coming through in the first week of it being on the market. Daniel worked his charm in the open homes, while Rosie was behind the scenes making the magic happen - calling every viewer groups, and encouraging them to put an offer in. Both Daniel and Rosie worked so hard and played their strengths, which makes them the perfect team! Not only our house is sold with ease, our family have gained a new friendship with the Deans. We loved having them over for a play date as our children are the same age. Not only Rosie and Daniel are extremely professional and hardworking agents we know, but they are genuine, lovely people who are easy to get along with and we can’t talk about them highly enough! We have definitely recommended them (and will continue to) to all our friends and family who are thinking to buy houses or sell their own, as we believe they will have as much fun selling/ buying properties as us, with them by their side!

Rosie and Daniel were outstanding and we will be recommending them to absolutely everybody we know, in fact we already have! At the risk of writing a “too perfect” review we just can’t fault them. They far exceeded all other agents in terms of dedication, drive, professionalism and friendliness. The result we achieved in the sale of our home was $100k over the CV, in an ‘apparently’ slowing market and we were under contract in only 2 days. Rosie and Dan went over and above our expectations and they had a genuine love for our home which I believe reflected in the sale price achieved. Rosies’s appraisal on our home was spot on and Dan’s tradie background was invaluable, as was his amazing negotiating skills when dealing with purchasers in a multi-offer situation. Rosie and Dan went above and beyond to sell our house in Kervil Avenue. We were living outside of Auckland and they organised the preparation of our house for sale, with Dan even water blasting our deck for us! They made the whole process extremely stress free and kept us fully informed at every stage. They display a high level of professionalism and are very hardworking.
