We have been working with Ray White for many years to manage our rental properties. Since Charlotte of Ray White took over these over a year ago, the service in all aspects has been phenomenal. Over the past 2 to 3 years I've found Ray Whites staff to be responsive and always ready to respond to any issues that arise from time to time. Today I had a leaky shower connection behind the wall . I contacted Charlotte around midday, it's now 4 pm and the service men have prepared and cleans up the job. All involved gave prompt and professional service. I'm a happy camper. Thanks guys. Nicole Bogue, Katie Cato and their team have looked after our property for at least a decade and I have nothing but praise for their diligence and efficiency. Communication with the tenants and with us is prompt and clear. Routine, or urgent, maintenance is dealt with superbly. Keeping up with Healthy Homes requirements has been straightforward thanks to their professional knowedge and timely quotes. Their new tenant application process is very thorough. I thoroughly recommend this team and would not use anyone else. Best wishes in the new office in the Grange - you are easy to find, and now no parking problem!
