T.Katie and Nicole have been our property managers for our rental properties in Snells Beach. They have always been professional, honest, reasonable and fair in our dealings with regards to our properties and our tenants. They have been excellent with finding new tenants, performing routine property checks, obtaining quotes for maintenance work, checking on workmanship and also assisting us with upgrading our properties including their willingness to assist with decorating themes and concepts They provide excellent inspection reports as well as monthly property rental statements. They pay our rental income into our bank account on time and their rental schedules feed seamlessly into our financial systems. We have no hesitation in recommending Ray White Warkworth Property Rentals to landlords and also tenants. If you want less stress with the management of a rental, Nicole and Katie are the go to girls.
