We have been in the construction/property industry for 30 years. It was a huge risk for us to use Shannon from Collective as we had not previously used his services. The two properties we sold required a high level of professionalism as buyers in that range can be quite demanding. We were really pleased with the process and end result. We continue to be impressed with his care of both the buyers and us as vendors.

Our family had a great experience with our agent Clint and the team at YIP. It was our first time buying a home, and we’re new to New Zealand, so we had LOTS of questions! Clint was incredibly responsive, flexible, open and honest, and the process was made clear and easy for us. Working with YIP made buying a home as pleasant and stress free as buying a home could be.

We had a wonderful (WOW) experience with our agent Clint and the team at YIP. It was our first time buying a through a agent. Had few apprehensions based on hearsay on agents, but during the course of our interactions with Clint, all of them seemed unfounded. Clint was incredibly responsive, flexible, open and honest. Even after settlement, He followed up regarding any outstanding work and documentations from vendors. Would highly recommend Clint & Team YIP for my friends.

Their care of our tenants through this process was exceptional and has now allowed them to stay on in the property under new ownership. We sold our house in a very different situation this year, the contract gone unconditional 1 day before the first lockdown. The business went idle for weeks, leaving us as seller and buyer in limbo. We are just VERY VERY lucky to have Shannon as our agent. His second to none customer service is fantastic. Always very responsive and accommodative. Result and solution oriented person and always give his best as our representative. Thank you Shannon for your help!

William, Anita and their Team were superb. We needed to sell Dad's house after he died. The Yip team took all the hassle out of marketing and selling our property in Wellington when we live in Auckland. They went the extra mile more than once and delivered everything they promised. Me and my husband were lucky enough to have Clint Fitzgibbon working with us to help find our first home! and naturally this was no easy process with the red hot Wellington market. Before we met Clint, we had many bad experiences with a range of agents... so meeting him was like finding a diamond in the rough!
