Jake and Anita have both been super helpful, they have gone above and beyond to help with our queries. Moving into a new place end of the month and still with Comprende :)

I have been renting my whole life and have come across horrible property managers who treat you as commodity and not a human. However during my dealings with Comprende, our property manager Rebecca Hingston has changed my look out completely. She has treated us with utmost professionalism and has been extremely pragmatic in her approach. Rebecca is by far the best property manager there is.

Comprende has been absolutely amazing and has shown me the way that all property managers should be. Their staff are commendable and their dedication to making sure each tenant is happy and comfortable has shinned through. Nerissa has been particularly wonderful, not only did she provide me with advice for when I was unsure of my rights and the law, but she showed support when needed as well. I don't believe I will ever have such a positive experience renting as I have with them. Unfortunately my hot water cylinder broke, which on a cold day made things even worse. I contacted Hanna from Comprende and she immediately gave me a timeline for when the work would be done, and within half an hour I had a call from the contractor. Huge relief, I thought this would take a week or more but instead I'm told it will take less than 2. Hanna acted immediately and was super nice about the whole thing. Can't say I've had the same experience with previous property managers. Huge shout out to comprehend and Hanna. Can't wait to have a shower tomorrow.

Comprende have been fantastic to deal with. This is our first rental property and Comprende were recommended to us, along with one other company. After looking at their website we were very impressed. The website spells out their offering really clearly and after meeting with them we were even more confident about our choice. The communication throughout the latter part of the build process was good as we moved towards being ready to for tenants. They kept us well informed during the selection process for a tenant and we are thrilled with rent they have managed to get us and the high quality tenant. If you are new to the rental market, or indeed tired of property managers who promise much and deliver less then Comprende are well worth considering. We have been clients of Comprende from the beginning and I continue to be impressed by the level of service we're received. The property managers are experienced professionals who know what matters to a landlord - and to the tenants. This is really important when things don't go as planned. Over the past year there has been a couple of events that took a lot of extra care and attention. 1. We had a hot water cylinder failure which resulted in flooding. The property manager took full responsibility for dealing with our insurers and the body corporate manager to ensure the claim was settled and repairs were undertaken as quickly as possible . They also made sure the tenant was well looked after by negotiating with us to provide a rent holiday to offset their inconvenience. 2. On their advice we recently replaced the carpet and blinds on an apartment that we want to keep in top condition so we attract good quality tenants. The property manager located well-priced carpet and handled the whole process so that the replacement work was completed between tenants so no loss of rent. We receive 3-monthly inspection reports complete with photos, plus recommendations on any maintenance issues required. Plus I am always confident that: we are getting market rents, the tenants are well-vetted, and the properties are kept in good condition. I always feel we are getting very good value for money.
