C.We are really glad we chose Aaron at PPM to manage our property. It was very important to us that a property manager be respectful of tenants and we could see that Aaron took that to heart. Aaron is excellent with communication - we always felt that we knew what was going on with our property. Aaron was very diligent in finding great tenants for our property and we never had any concerns about how the property was maintained. Aaron went above and beyond with advice to us on our property and was very helpful and accommodating while we went through the process of giving the tenants notice so that we could sell the property. We highly recommend PPM and Aaron.

E.Andrew at PPM has honestly been the best property manager that I have ever had having lived and rented in Wellington for the last 7 years. He is such a genuine and kind person, and is so responsive to his tenants and the owners needs. I have never had a property manager take such good care of their tenants before.
Whenever anything pops up he is onto it straight away and tries to find the best solution for all of us. He doesn't hesitate to look at options and if needed to pop round and is just all round great to work with.
He is just a great guy, and I never hesitate to just offer him a cuppa when he is round as I genuinely enjoy chatting to him and having a good yarn!
I cannot recommend these guys enough - they are a fantastic company and Andrew is an absolute delight!
C.We have worked with Andrew Monastra of PPM for almost a year now. It took our family a while to make the decision to change to a property manager, and the whole time Andrew was patient, answering our questions and giving us the time we needed to switch. Since becoming our property manager, there have been law changes for landlords. Andrew has taken the initiative with many helpful suggestions to ensure we are compliant, and actively assisting us to find tradespeople to carry out works at a reasonable price. He has done the usual things like finding good tenants, doing property inspections and acting as our representative in a responsible manner. Andrew understands that he is working for us as landlords. He is knowledgeable, gets on with it, keeps us informed and also responds quickly when we contact him. Andrew has reduced our stress as landlords enormously. He is also a thoroughly nice guy, and we would highly recommend him as property manager.
S.I couldn't think of a better property management service that looks after the landlords and their tenants. We recently had a dilemma (our own doing) and I called Andrew who was so kind to help us within minutes, even though it was on a Sunday. We felt bad that our drama took him away from his family but were truly grateful for his willingness with wanting to help. T.Andrew made the process of finding tenants and getting them moved in safely so easy for me. I feel like I outsourced my worry! What I particularly liked is that he equally advocated for me as the landlord and for the tenants, making it more of a trust based partnership.
