We chose Ramon over the other agent because he got the property next door sold for a good price, and the comprehensive marketing package. What a brilliant decision that was!!! Ramon arranged weekend open homes with the tenants very well - sometimes he even took potential buyers during weekdays without issues with the tenants. The whole selling process was a breeze though it got delayed due to Covid lockdown. I was unsure if the property would sell for the price my wife had in mind, but Ramon got us several offers with the best one being 30% above reserve and no condition!! Your search is over! Ramon Kane not only successfully sold my home for a great price, but delivered service with professional flair from start to finish. We first met Ramon at an open home of an apartment we were interested in. Ramon was incredibly accommodating, taking us back and forth after working hours, as well as updating us on our queries very efficiently. In the end, despite taking up quite a bit of his time, we did not bid on this property. However, Ramon being quite intuitive, managed to decipher from our interactions with him exactly what we were looking for. Ramon managed to find a few properties that ticked all our boxes and was happy to take us through privately, including properties that were not his own listings, which we found was very professional of him. Again, Ramon was so accommodating with our need to view properties outside normal working hours. Additionally, our S&P agreement took much longer than usual to seal the deal (due to an overly zealous and enthusiastic [young] lawyer who was eventually replaced) but Ramon’s excellent communication, suggestions and problem-solving skills helped us bridge these issues and our purchase was successful! We really enjoyed dealing with Ramon and almost miss our daily interactions after the whole ordeal was done! Thank you, Ramon! 😊

I hate buying in a tender. You have so little knowledge or control - unlike a negotiation or auction. So hats off to Ramon because in this instance he had a happy seller and buyer. Like the other references I found Ramon to be exemplary. I missed out on a house he was tendering but he FOLLOWED-UP post tender and provided other options and good support. I tendered on a property that he was NOT the listing agent but he worked hard, followed up, provided good support and communicated well through out the process. We were successful in acquiring the property and, while for the seller is is all about price, for the buyer in Tenders it is also about good advise and support - Ramon excelled in this regard.
