Some years ago I sold an investment property with Warwick and for that I said I wanted minimal involvement and I just to call when there are offers, which is exactly how that sale worked. An Agent for All Seasons.

S.We just sold a property through Tommy's and Warrick McCluskey. I am a real estate agent myself so probably the toughest of customers! We loved dealing with Warrick. He is friendly, a good communicator, efficient and gets things done. His style suited us - not too much, not too little, just the right amount of intel when we needed it. He was prepared to do a lot of grunt work on our behalf (as we didn't live at or near the property we were selling) all of which was appreciated as it was above and beyond. He managed to bring in multiple offers before the property formally went to market, using his contacts and his team. This was really what we wanted, rather than a protracted process to eek out the last dollar. However, as it happens, he also got us a fantastic price. P.Phil Mears is my go-to real estate broker. He’s helped me with my last two house purchases, and a recent house sale during a global pandemic.

J.Without being pushy Alexia Stoddart offered to visit my apartment to complete an appraisal. Her appraisal was significantly higher than a previous agent had recently done for me, but my reason for committing to Alexia was much more than the possible sale price range. Alexia's ability to explain her commitment to do the very best for me with the Tommy's team dynamic and systems behind her was interesting and very clear and I chose her because of her empathy and communication skills. In that first meeting she showed me that she was extremely knowledgeable of the Wellington real estate market and ambitious for a successful outcome for me. I felt that she was very attuned to me and that as the specialist for the sale of my property, I could trust her judgement - and I never doubted that throughout the process. She responded to my questions and concerns efficiently
Every time - I was never left to wait for answers. Alexia made the entire process(es) of the sale of my apartment and my purchase of another property absolutely seamless.
I would recommend Alexia in particular, but I did like the fact that agents within the team can bring their clients to each property that is listed by any agent in the team and share in the proceeds of a sale in what sounds like a fair split. The admin staff were very agreeable and that makes a difference too.

We first bought a house through Bill Mathieson and it quickly became apparent that we were dealing with a man of integrity and honesty, with a wealth of experience in the Wellington market.
The choice of who to sell with was easy, and Bill together with Mark Hamilton did an incredible job marketing and selling our house, achieving a great result for us and keeping us well informed on progress throughout the entire process.

O.Tommy's Rental have been incredible in the process of looking for a new apartment to rent.
