We had a wonderful experience with Will as our Real Estate Agent, both as buyers and vendors. He helped us immensely with the purchase of our new home - he gave us several extremely helpful pieces of advice, without which we would definitely not have won what was a competitive tender. When selling our home we found him fantastic to deal with. He was utterly professional and very efficient. He kept us constantly informed and was very responsive to any messages. Will was also extremely accommodating, which was important to us with two young children. We followed Will's advice with regards to the marketing and presentation of our home - as a result we had a large number of offers and secured a price we were very happy with. We definitely felt the benefit of his many years of experience selling homes in Karori. We are so happy in our new home that we are not planning on selling anytime soon. But when we do, we will not hesitate to engage Will as our agent again.
