L.We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at Stanmore Bay Beach House. The house was in a beautiful location, just minutes walk from the beach (which in itself is just beautiful...these photos don't do it justice). The view from the living area is just breathtaking, it spans the whole coast line! The house itself was sparkling clean and had everything you could wish for in a home away from home. Jayne was just amazing to deal with (all the way from Australia) and made our NZ trip one to remember. Thank you Jayne! We can't wait to return, it was just perfect!!

Lovely decor, very warm and well stocked. The property was very safe and secure. It was easy to locate and access. The information provided was excellent and the property managers were very responsive when we had questions. We had a very comfortable stay and will certainly try and stay here again when we are next travelling to Auckland.

A.We rented two short term accommodations last year through Margay. Jayne was extremely responsive and helpful when we extended our trips due to COVID and also on the odd occasion something at the properties needed attending to. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.
D.Margay Property Management have been our letting agents since 2003 for our Arkles Bay Holiday Home. The home has been used for short term holiday stays. We wanted Clint & Jayne to be in charge of everything from marketing to letting to cleaning to maintenance as we didn't want the hassles of running it ourselves. Our main purpose was to participate in home exchanges in other countries without using our own home. They gave us the flexibility to achieve our goal whilst maintaining the occupancy at such a level that it was profitable for us too.
The many compliments that appeared in our Guest Book & the feedback from the 25+ home exchangers is testimony to how well Jayne & Clint did for us. All we needed to do was to book in our guests & family when we needed it. When something went wrong Clint would either fix the problem himself or get the required Tradesman. We cannot speak more highly of this couple. In today's world there are lots of pitfalls for the unwary landlord to fall into which can be easily minimised by utilising Margay Property Management
