April Wellington had me sold in the valuation viewing. We were selling our rental and at the initial viewing, the properties condition had deteriorated. My heart sunk. April remained positive and up beat. She was able to look past the superficial interior and gave me tips on how to make the place sparkle again. She then outlined a clear selling plan. Being an ex rental there was a couple of bumps in the road, but April never gave up. At each open home we had multiple offers and we are very happy to have it sold.
