Z.Salmon & avocado on rye is my fave here. Popular with the locals and tourists. Can get really busy on weekends. We arrived at 9ish and the place is already packed. Come early to get a parking space.
S.Staff pleasant it's hard when they are wearing masks but they looked happy. I had the burger 🍔 and my partner had the salmon. Both were very good and not dry or over done. Very clean and tidy place to enjoy a meal in the sun.

On the day the staff working our event where perfectly attentive and made sure all our guests were happy. The Food was also bang on. Would highly recommend for Brunch/Lunch or a function.

S.We dined at The Dishery on Saturday evening. Absolutely everything was flawless, the food was so mouthwatering, fresh and seasonal. I particularly enjoyed the Bloody Mary Salad Pork Belly and oh also The Strawberry Meringue Shortcake which the chef made into a birthday cake for my friends 40th! Really friendly staff and great atmosphere.
The location near to the beautiful Arrowtown river is so relaxing with great sunshade, and next time I want to come try the brunch menu and bring the kids as it has a dedicated play area.

J.On a winter day The Dishery was the warmest eatery in Arrowtown! So nice having the best breakfast in Arrowtown in the sun in a warm restaurant with a wood burner in the corner adding to the ambience. Very good, faultless in fact. The next day we wanted lunch in Arrowtown and again went to The Dishery. Can I say it again?? The best lunch in Arrowtown. Thanks for being great hosts and we look forward to visiting you again soon. N.We went to the Dishery on a beautiful evening and sat outside in the beautiful garden. The area was fenced off and our toddler drew pictures, played with the wooden trains and bean bags and loved it. The food was outstanding and wine and food selections were great. Highly recommend this little gem in Arrow town! Thanks!
S.Very nice place and restaurant. I love that its super dog friendly. The only thing I was disappointed with my meal over (chorizo and crispy hash) was they had run out of chorizo. They did inform me and offered regular sausage which I accepted, however it just didn't give the punch or flavor that the chorizo would have given. Nevermind. Next time guys!!
S.The menu promised a lot but didn't quite live up to expectations. The gurnard dish was expensive lunch option but was small and one dimensional. The slow cooked beef burger was enjoyable. We were expecting bold punchy flavours. With a few minor improvements this restaurant could be exceptional. The waiter/owner who greeted us was attentive, friendly and knowledgable however the lady at the counter was impatient and brisk.
S.We came on Mother’s day morning and they happily squeezed us in for breakfast before their bookings. The food was amazing. My wife thought the French toast was the best she had ever eaten and my salmon & avo mousse was a real winner too! But the real highlight was the bubbly waitress, (whose name we sadly did not get) who even refused a tip and also spent the time during a busy morning recommending other restaurants and things for us to do back in Queenstown. She even took the time to write them all down on paper! Thank you for complimenting a beautiful night in Arrowtown, you were a star!
N.This is hands down the best lunch restaurant in Arrowtown. Sensational menu, the taste combinations are to die for and everything is ethically sourced from local NZ suppliers - how great is that! The chefs are so talented. Stunning views and the friendliest most responsive wait staff. The cocktails are exquisite and there is nothing better than sitting next to the beautiful Arrow River Reserve. The restaurant is situated in a new building and the fit out is bright and modern, so tastefully done in keeping with the natural surroundings. They also do a fantastic breakfast and Bloody Mary cocktail or Bellini! Would give any bistro in a big city a run for its money. You must visit, this is the not to miss place in the Queenstown area!
F.Great service and a good variety of food on the menu. We ordered the beef sando and the southern deep fried cheese roll. Both tasted decent but nothing really to short about. Price is reasonable too.

L.OMG this place is a hidden gem, tucked away down by the Chinese village in Arrowtown. Quite possibly the best breakfast I've ever had. The staff were very attentive and accomidating to my fussy friends requests. Amazing cocktails aswell.
Even though it was very busy we got looked after well. We'll be back.
I.10/10 We visited The Dishery this morning and it was amazing! The team (Bindy) in particular were so welcoming and friendly and the building is spectacular. We only popped in on our morning walk for coffees and a delicious scone but will definitely be back for breakfast as the menu looked great! Looking forward to visiting again!

k.This is a lovely cafe down below Arrowtown. We visited the Chinese gold miners historic site then stopped in. Great staff and good food and coffee.

D.The Dishery is a pretty unique bistro in Arrowtown. In a great setting close to the river with some of the nicest outdoor dining in Arrowtown. The Chorizo Hash was a winner for what has to be one of the best brunches in Arrowtown. If you're looking around for the best cafe in Arrowtown, treat yourself and step it up a notch and head to The Dishery for a treat.

S.This place has the most incredible location near the river in Arrowtown. Theres shady spots outside and tables and booths inside (where you can corral your kids while you drink a coffee and read the paper in peace). The food is delicious and comes out looking incredible - almost too pretty to eat. Coffee is Lafarre and very well made. Even the music soundtrack is great - you might find yourself singing along! Do yourself a favour and visit here when youre in Arrowtown
