We regularly dine here and love bringing the kids to hang out in the back vege garden with toys. It's beautiful and kids love it! The staff are always happy and friendly. We also had NYE 4 couse dinner and the food was divine! Keep it up guys! We love this local gem!!

It looked very busy when we arrived with no spare tables visible but they have a back garden with more space. Food came out fast and was very tasty. Great service. We were on ebikes and there is plenty of space to park bikes.

Came here on a day trip and the food here is so worth the stop. Great service/friendly people, fairly priced meals, fresh-ish ingredients and deliciously made. Had a deliciously aromatic Tuna ceviche with light and crispy fish & chips with drinks on the side-planned a light meal since we were biking around Waiheke, and it was perfect.

Arcadia, Best ever experience on restaurant near beaches. Staff is very friendly, food preparation is nice. Since it can be crowded on weekend, you should always call up and reserve your table to avoid any disappointment. Would highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

Fantastic, delicious, relaxing, casual ... just a few words to describe Arcadia. If you want a delicious meal at affordable prices, you can't go past this establishment. The bonus is that it has the beachy feel with inside and outside dinning and the staff are both friendly & professional. I hope that this restaurant is supported by the locals as we've lucky to have such a treasure.

A bit dusty on service. I concede that business have done it tough due to Covid, but over efficient serverce resulted in poor food. They were, however, very sorry and did their best to problem solve and manage the situation. They seemed super focused and keen to improve instantly. Classy responses from average food output.

Feel lucky to have this place so easily accessible to my home:) Staff are super friendly and helpful, the back patio area is cozy, and the food is great! Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong! My favorite is the potato rosti - can't get enough of it!

What a great place to visit. Breakfast food was very well presented, quock to be served and tasted great. Dinner was even better....portion sizes generous, food cooked to perfection and again, served in good time, even though they were busy. Well woth a visit. We will be back

Kia Ora everyone. I spent 25 years working in hospitality world wide. From fine dinning, film catering and large cafes. As a waiter, manager, chef and owner. We visited Arcadia Restaurant twice over w 2 nights, in a row, why, because it was a journey of intense yet subtle flavors. We had a total of 7 dishes between my wife and I. I tried the vegetarian options whilst my wife tried the seafood. The whole experience was in my opinion, flawless. Personally for me the highlight was the ability to use smoke in the artichokes and beets to extract a sense of enjoyment and happiness from my experience was humbling and beautiful. My wife said her dishes was so so good. During her main of John Dorry she was mumbling...OMG this is incredible I/we have dined in many many environments, from London to Israel to L.A to Copenhagen and this experience will stay w me/her/us for a very long time. From FOH to BOH, everyone who took the time, energy and passion to deliver this memorable dinning experience we thank you Kia kaha

Could not fault the service and warm atmosphere at Arcadia, although there was a mix up with my meal the customer service we experienced far outweighted the mistake. Would definitely come again.

It’s a really nice spot by the beach and the staff are all sweet but they wouldn’t fill up my water bottle which I do to save on asking for a glass of tap water, I find this weird as I thought it was a requirement for all establishments to provide filtered water ..

The juice had a lot of ginger which I dislike. But I feel if you like the burning effect of ginger this is the place for you to get juice. Fish and chips was fair. * juice and fish and chips delicious and worth every cent. Great service.

The 55 day aged steak was good, but I ordered rare and it came very medium. We had already waited an hour for the meal so I didn't want to send it back. The other meals loomed okay. Nothing special though. The total was about $370 for 6 adults with only one drink each and three kids menu meals. Probably a bit over priced for what we got.

But the Strangest eggs beni I have ever had, it didn't have any spinach and the hollandaise didn't taste like hollandaise it tasted like butter. I may go back and try other menu items but I won't be back for the eggs beni

A nice café, I feel like sitting down to look at the menu and the standing up to go order is a bit awkward but it's a nice place all the same. The French toast was beautiful. 😍

Good food and good coffee. The staff are friendly but not over the top. Nice menu for a fast munch before you hit the nearby Palm Beach. Listen up Auckland food snobs.... Waiheke is not Ponsonby so, dont expect a 50 choice menu. We come by boat to this cafe a few times a year and have never been dissatisfied even when the place is heaving with people. We recommend and we are qualified to do so.

My team recently had a meeting in Waiheke and all 23 of us descended on Arcadia for dinner. What an awesome experience - the food was exceptional - everyone is still raving about it. The service was impeccable - no one went with an empty drink for very long. And the staff and owners were very accommodating of a slightly rowdy team celebrating a great year. They even arranged a ride for us at the end of the night so we didn't have to tackle the hill. Thank you so much for a great evening - we will be back again.

We are food lovers and this is one of our favorite places on the Island. The ingredients are fresh and the chef always cooks inspired plates including delicious deserts. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, prices are affordable, and service is qualitative. We could simply eat here every day!

Best food we’ve had in NZ. Fell on this place by chance because we couldn’t get a booking anywhere else and were pleasantly surprised! Strongly recommend the white bait as an entrée (we had one each but you could easily share if you’re generous ;), fish and chips and the fish of the day (hapuka) was also delicious. Flavours worked very well together. Restaurant is relatively casual (ie no need to dress up) and service was excellent, attentive without being annoying which is a rare art these days. Prices were reasonable. Ask for a table on the back deck if weather is nice :) Best date night we’ve had during our trip!!!

Really great to have a good restaurant at palm beach. This place will go off over summer. We went for dinner - owners are lovely. Food was on the pricey side ($25-35 mains), but was well worth it. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend.

Minimal portions for the really super high price. I only ate because I was hungry. So I would rate food as "edible". Nothing special ... good thing is they have various gluten-free choices .. to go into detail, I took the chicken sandwich which consisted of a slice of bread with a piece of fried chicken on top (greased and unsalted) with a little salad on top and a little bit of chips. Price $ 23.5! For this price I expect a mister sandwich! (Original) Le tre stelle sono date per il servizio (ottimo) la posizione molto bella e l’ambiente veramente carino.
